Return & Cancellation Policy
At Khadok Bilai, we want to ensure that you and your pets are happy with every purchase. Our return policy is designed to be flexible while maintaining fairness for all customers.
Return Policy:
- If you wish to return a product immediately upon delivery while the rider is still at your doorstep for any personal or unforeseen reasons which is not related to faulty, wrong or damaged product, you can do so but delivery charges are required to be paid to the rider.
- Also, if you wish to return only part of your order, the delivery charge will still apply for the collection.
- Please inspect the product upon delivery to ensure it meets your expectations. If you decide not to keep the product due to any findings, please state it to the rider and simply hand it back to the rider.
- In this cases, if the product is found faulty, wrong or damaged, delivery charges are not required to be paid.
Post-Delivery Returns:
- If you receive a faulty product or an incorrect item, you can request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- In this case, we will send a rider to collect the product free of charge.
Returns for Other Reasons:
- If you wish to return a product for reasons such as change of mind, size issues, or any reason not related to product defects, you can still request a return within 24 hours of delivery.
- However, a delivery charge will apply for the rider to collect the item from your address.
Return Conditions:
- Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and unused condition.
- Perishable items, such as dry pet food and treats, are not eligible for return due to health and safety concerns, unless they are defective or damaged.
- Returns must be requested within 24 hours of the delivery date.
- All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support through a phone call/WhatsApp/Messenger to initiate a return request.
- Include your order number, product details, and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, return the product to the provided return address within 2 – 5 days of receiving approval.
- Shipping fees for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Products:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us while the rider is still at your premises.
- If any fault is found after the rider left, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery with pictures of the damage/wrong product. We will offer a replacement or a full refund of the product, including return shipping costs.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout or by bKash/Nagad.
Non-returnable Items:
- Opened pet food or perishable products.
- Clearance or sale items.
- Combo items.

Cancellation Policy:
- You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped. To cancel, please contact us through a phone call/WhatsApp/Messenger.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled but can be returned once received.
- In order to return the customer must provide the delivery charge to the rider.
- If an item is unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you immediately and offer you the option to either cancel your order or choose an alternative product.
